Hey guys,

One of my closest friends, Jess, is making her way to the airport to travel to Bosnia tomorrow! For the next week (her spring break) she is going to witness and disciple to the people there, on his first mission’s trip. This is also her first time on a plane and its about a 13 hour flight with only one layover is Austria. I have no doubt this will be an amazing experience for her and that God is going to do amazing things through her and her team during the next week! 

I wanted to ask if you guys could take a few seconds and say a prayer for her and her team, for their safety and the work that they are doing. Or if you can do even better than that sending her a quick message telling her you are praying for her, I know it would be a huge encouragement!

Recently life has been a tussle in my head….So for the most part I’ve been trying to avoid it. But though things are changing around God’s been bringing some random people into myself, sometimes these people are back into my life sometimes it new people. Its funny how seeing a face can change your whole mood, or how words can give you a whole new perspective.

Learning is journey….but I have a great Guide.

I been thinking about words lately, and the things we use in everyday life that are suppose to mean something but don’t. I think of the term best friend. What is it to have a best friend. And who are those people who are our best friends. The person who if we had a choice we would abandon something we liked doing just to spend time with them. Someone who you want to give a part of your self to. Someone who you hope would  do something for you if you really needed it, with minimum questions, or for little reason.A person who you want to grow with, who you want to see in a year and see (and hope) how much of their life has progressed. The feeling to have someone so special in your life should just let you breath a sigh of relief, knowing there someone who you can talk to about the things so sensitive that no one else can know about. A person who you can discuss the big picture with and break it down it every little detail. Someone who can give you hope, courage strength with just the power of their words. I know that we throw this term around a lot but just to think there are people like this in our lives, or people that we will one day meet. Should just put a little smile on your face. Things of this Caliber should be taken seriously, handled delicately, and treated with the upmost care.
